Open Roles

1) Video Editor — YouTube Specialist (remote, freelance/part-time possible)

Your mission

Turn scripts and footage into YouTube videos for ChampsBase EN that engage, explain, and keep viewers watching (editorial conversion = moving on to another video). You’ll work on pacing, storytelling, clarity (chapters), thumbnails, and YouTube optimization.

What you’ll do

• Edit long formats (6–12 min) and adapt them into Shorts.
• Polish motion graphics, b-roll, sound design, subtitles.
• Suggest testable titles/thumbnails, end screens, chapters.
• Match tone to our verticals (sports betting / casino, educational).
• Collaborate with editorial & design; deliver clean exports (proper codecs/ratios).

What we’re looking for

• Solid skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci (or equivalent) + clean pipeline.
• Understanding of YouTube Analytics & retention signals.
• Portfolio required (≥3 recent YouTube links).
• Bonus: EN/FR, iGaming basics, accessibility awareness (captions, contrast).

What “success” looks like

• Improved watch-time, seamless cuts, pacing that serves the content.
• Clear, testable thumbnails that drive clicks.

2) Sports Writer (EN) - Web Content Creator (remote, freelance/part-time possible)

Your mission

Write clear, well-sourced, useful content for our readers: guides, glossaries, hub pages, reviews, and app sheets - all in the ChampsBase tone (professional, direct, with a touch of fun).

What you’ll do

• Write guides (bet types, bankroll management, RTP/volatility for casino).
• Update reviews following our testing process (KYC, deposits, withdrawals, app).
• Optimize SEO structure (Hn, internal links, metas) - without keyword stuffing.
• Verify sources, dates, regulator licenses; cite properly.

What we’re looking for

• Impeccable French, strong teaching and synthesis skills.
• Fact-checking rigor, eye for useful detail (bonus requirements, real withdrawal times).
• Comfortable with structured briefs and concise, non-promotional style.
• Bonus: experience in YouTube scripting, basic data handling (clear tables).

What “success” looks like

• Practical, up-to-date pages that genuinely help readers decide - and are enjoyable to read.
