• You: send email to hello@champsbase.com with licenses, target countries, official URLs.
• You receive: confirmation email with case number + checklist of useful documents (T&Cs, store links, contacts).

2. Legal pre-qualification — 2–3 days

• We check: license validity, regulator–market match, basic compliance (KYC/AML, responsible gambling, official domains/apps).
• Outcome:
  • Eligible → we validate test scope (countries, products, apps).
  • Incomplete → request clarification/missing docs.
  • Not eligible → unauthorized/unregulated markets = no listing.

3. Test setup — 1–2 days

• Scoping: test plan (sports/casino), environments, devices, payment methods to cover.
• Resources: real deposits on test accounts, screenshots, timing metrics (KYC/withdrawals, live latency, etc.).
• Your role: provide, if possible, store links, up-to-date T&Cs, technical/support contact.

4. Editorial tests — 7–15 days

7. Updates & monitoring

• Reporting: write to hello@champsbase.com; we evaluate & update quickly (priority for regulatory changes).
